General:

• All Safe Pass courses start at 8.00 a.m. and finish at approximately 5pm. Unfortunately, latecomers (after 08.15), can not be permitted entry and will not be entitled to a refund;
• Each participant must bring photograph proof of ID (e.g. old Safe Pass card / drivers licence) and provide a passport quality photograph and their PPS number on the day of training;
• Participants must be at least 16 years of age on the day of training;
• All courses detailed are in the English language and are not suitable for non-English speakers;
• Fee for each place is €199, payable in advance. This includes SOLAS registration fees, refreshments, stationery etc., and a light lunch (sandwiches and tea/coffee).

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Courses run subject to a minimum of 8 attendees and a maximum of 12.
• Scheduled courses may be cancelled or postponed in advance or on the day if insufficient bookings are received or in the event of cancellations or no-shows.
• When a course is cancelled or postponed, as must notice as possible will be given to participants and they will be booked onto the next available course or offered a refund. Synergy Risk Management Ltd. / Worksafe Ireland cannot be responsible for any loss incurred (direct or indirect) as a result of a course being cancelled or postponed;
• Course bookings can be cancelled by telephone only up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Refunds for bookings cancelled by the participant may take up to 7 days to process and will be less an administration and transaction fee of €10;
• No refund can be provided if a participant fails to attend for any reason, is asked to leave by the Tutor at any time or chooses to leave before the course is fully completed.
