Target: Any member of staff whose work involves the occasional or regular use of portable ladders, both step and leaning/upright.
Duration: Half day
Location: Suitably equipped room, removed from normal day to day operations. An area is also required for setting up and using ladders.
A.V. requirements: Digital projector, screen, laptop (provided by Synergy)
Room layout: U-shaped table layout or classroom style is preferable.
Course Tutor(s): Suitably qualified and experienced tutors.

This course is interactive and requires physical fitness, a head for height, and mobility. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing, suitable footwear (with a heel), and have weather-proof clothing available if required.
A selection of ladders and stabilizing devices commonly used must be available and in perfect condition for training purposes.
A certificate of attendance will be provided for each participant upon course completion.
